The Construction Safety Manager will maintain a strong field presence while working directly with roofing crews, subcontractors, supervision, and project leadership to identify hazards, maintain compliance, and support the safe execution of roofing installation activities, material staging, roof access operations, elevated work, and ongoing construction activities. Experience with roofing installation, fall protection, data centers, commercial roofing, hazard assessments, JHAs, field safety oversight should be clearly identified.
