This role is responsible for site planning including site selection and acquisition, design, tendering of work packages and selecting and contracting with main Contractors, project scoping and project planning, budgeting, resourcing, governance and regular communication to key stakeholders on project progress across multiple concurrent projects. The Program Manager is responsible for the planning and on-site execution of projects from initiation through completion of construction by providing project leadership, communication, coordination, and conflict resolution to ensure project goals are met.
