The Safety Manager position works closely with leadership, project management, supervisors, and field personnel to promote a strong safety culture, identify and mitigate workplace hazards, provide safety training, conduct inspections and incident investigations, and support compliance with applicable safety requirements. Experience with excavation and trenching, underground utilities, heavy equipment, traffic control, confined spaces, and other civil construction hazards preferred.
