Infrastructure & Systems Management - Manage the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications; monitor, maintain, and manage network architecture and critical business systems; proactively forecast organizational technology needs and recommend appropriate hardware, software, network, security, and cloud-based services; and manage the technical aspects of communication and document management tools, including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. Cybersecurity, Risk Management & Compliance - Develop and implement security plans and protocols to protect organizational data, network access, and backup systems; oversee cybersecurity and data protection initiatives, conducting regular security assessments and risk management activities to protect against potential threats; implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, information security, and internal control procedures; and ensure technology systems and practices support applicable security requirements, regulatory obligations, and organizational policies.
