Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and seven years of progressively responsible experience in public safety analysis, crime analysis, intelligence analysis, investigations, threat assessment support, or a related field, including three years of supervisory or managerial experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Responsibilities include developing the program, identifying and coordinating speakers, maintaining partner and sponsor relationships, planning resources and logistics, supporting registration and delivery, overseeing assigned staff, and evaluating participant feedback to improve future conferences.
