Complete Description:
The incumbent develops and executes retailer recruitment and business development initiatives with the goal of increasing the number of licensed lottery sales agents (“retailers”). The following, among other activities, should be included in the business Plan:
· Conducting a census or survey of territories (e.g., zip codes, wards) identifying grocery, liquor, convenience stores, gas stations and social setting, and any other retail outlet which incumbent believes may become an efficient retailer.
