In partnership with college leadership, faculty, university administrators, and colleagues across Advancement and Alumni Relations, the Associate Director of Advancement is responsible for identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding alumni, parents, friends, and other constituents to advance the fundraising priorities of Radford University. The Associate Director manages a portfolio of approximately 100-125 prospects and donors and develops strategies to build relationships, increase engagement, and secure philanthropic support for the university.
