Additional executive skills needed for the Froedtert ThedaCare system Vice President and Chief Medical Officer - Acute Care include, but are not limited to, credibility, reliability, professionalism, courtesy, sound judgment, strong listening skills, respect for just culture principles, commitment to high reliability processes, and the ability to ensure physicians, clinicians, and team members feel heard, valued, and appropriately represented in executive discussions. Report to and participate with system leadership, physician group leadership, medical staff leadership, and other leadership and quality teams or forums as requested to provide input on quality performance, physician leadership matters, medical staff governance, and business strategies and direction for Froedtert ThedaCare and Physician Partners.
