Centered around IP, POP MART has built a comprehensive platform for creative incubation and IP operation, empowering global creators while delivering exciting products, services, and immersive entertainment experiences to consumers. This person will be responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, finding products that meet their needs, as well as providing in depth product information about the goods they are interested in and closing the sale.

li>Product Knowledge: Maintain expert-level knowledge of our gear, from the latest guitars to cutting-edge recording equipment, and help enhance the knowledge of others. Upsell and cross-sell like a pro by connecting customers with the perfect instruments and accessories to complete their musical setup.

This position will have access to information requiring a high degree of discretion whereby adhering to all privacy and confidential policies required by the owner and HIPAA. Duties will require greeting customers, sales, insurance processing along with various office tasks--computer skills are a must.
