In this Verizon Sales Associate role, you'll assess customer needs, recommend tailored packages, and guide clients through seamless enrollment, driving both satisfaction and sales performance while building valuable industry expertise. As a Verizon Sales Associate, you will serve as Verizon's direct representative, introducing customers to innovative 5G, fiber-optic internet, and smart home solutions.

Our Retail Sales Associates are responsible for all aspects of the customer experience within multiple businesses (retail, rental, custom, and omni-channel) within a store location including, but not limited to: Engage as a member of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on results. Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift, frequently bend, squat and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and or supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.

• Utilize sales strategies and deep product knowledge to guide customers through multiple purchasing decisions via appointments and walk-in consultations, creating memorable and personalized experiences for each customer.
