The role ensures the stability and performance of SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows, supports integrations with Microsoft 365 services, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to perform root cause analysis, implement permanent fixes, and continuously improve the scalability, security, and reliability of business applications. 7+ years of experience across the end-to-end application lifecycle, owning production incidents, root cause analysis, deployments, upgrades, and ongoing platform support; prior experience in working on Agile/Scrum projects with exposure to tools like Jira/Azure DevOps.
