Position requirements: MarkResponsibilities: • Develop and implement a strategic outreach plan to target key community organizations and healthcare referral sources within assigned market to include senior living communities, hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, rehab departments, surgery centers, ortho clinics, Home Health and Hospice agencies, Elder Law Attorneys, Estate Planners, community groups and senior resources, and others appropriate to assure and assist with growing referrals to Legacy Home Care & Wellness and Legacy Better at Home. Events and activities include health fairs, presentations and seminars at senior centers, food banks, churches, senior living facilities, Alzheimer’s/Dementia Associations, as well as various other community and senior organizations.
