Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD • Current or former experience in payments or crypto industry are strongly preferred • 6+ years’ work experience in investment, strategy, GTM, product, BD or sales in the financial sector with a Bachelor's Degree, or a 4+ years' work experience with Master's Degree • Proven track record in account management, business development, or sales, ideally with complex, multi-stakeholder deals • Deep understanding of blockchain, stablecoins, and the broader digital asset ecosystem • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving initiatives from concept to execution • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal ability to communicate with key stakeholders and present to senior leadership team • Sales experience including running a deal cycle end-to-end and negotiating is strongly preferred • Ability to successfully build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
