Manage and maintain institutional membership data across systems including Model N and SAP, ensuring high levels of accuracy and data integrityValidate chargeback activity, analyze discrepancies, and support resolution of complex wholesaler chargeback and resubmission issuesConduct Class of Trade research and support Government Pricing calculations and compliance requirementsReconcile chargeback deductions and collaborate with Accounts Receivable and business partners to resolve variances Leverage analytics, dashboards, and external membership rosters to identify trends, anomalies, and business improvement opportunitiesPartner with wholesalers, GPOs, specialty distributors, HIBCC, HRSA, and internal stakeholders to validate eligibility and resolve membership discrepanciesSupport continuous improvement initiatives through automation, advanced analytics, AI-enabled tools, and process optimization while ensuring compliance with SOX and Novartis policiesEssential Requirements: Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related disciplineMinimum 2 years of experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related industryExperience supporting chargebacks, rebates, contracts, membership validation, Government Pricing, or related Market Access operationsStrong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with large data setsFluency in English with excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills Desirable Requirements Experience with Model N, SAP S/4HANA, EDI transaction sets (844, 845, and 849), or related life sciences applicationsExperience utilizing Power BI, analytics platforms, automation tools, or AI-enabled solutions to improve operational efficiency and decision-makingBenefits & Rewards The salary for this position is expected to range between 60,600 - 103,900 USD Annual per year.
