Develop and grow relationships with contractors, builders, and construction companies in the Waco area • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share for Kubota construction equipment • Conduct on-site visits, demonstrations, and product consultations • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, closing, and post-sale follow-up • Work closely with parts, service, and inside sales teams to deliver strong customer support. Outside sales experience (equipment, construction, agriculture, or related industries preferred) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a competitive mindset Organized and driven to meet and exceed goals Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
