You must be comfortable safely working at elevation with ladders, lifts, power tools, winches, chain motors, equipment rooms, warehouses, rooftops, and other normal commercial installation environments. You do not need to be the engineer or programmer for every system, but you must understand technology well enough to follow engineering documentation, recognize problems, troubleshoot intelligently, and know when engineering support is required.
