Maintains a current and complete market and competition analysis of the community and reports to the Area Sales Manager, Director of Sales, and Marketing Manager, including competitor pricing, availability, floor plans, features, products, quality, special discounts, promotions, and events. Maintains a constant flow of communication with buyers on contract, construction progress, loan needs, community updates, answers to customers' concerns, new leads/prospects, community developments, availability, new programs or products, and referrals.
