Assist walk-in, phone, and email customers with product selection, pricing, and orders• Build relationships with contractors, builders, landscapers, and other construction professionals• Prepare quotes and assist customers throughout the ordering process• Support the outside sales team with customer requests, orders, and project coordination• Learn Stone Center's natural stone products and become a trusted resource for customers• Help resolve product, delivery, and service issues• Coordinate with our yard, fabrication, and delivery teams to keep customer orders moving• Assist with day-to-day Cincinnati site operations when needed• Help maintain an organized, professional, and customer-ready facility• Work closely with team members in both our Cincinnati and Columbus locations. • 3+ years of sales, customer service, construction, building materials, or related experience preferred• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills• Excellent verbal and written communication• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities• Comfortable working with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and through email• Strong problem-solving skills• Positive attitude, accountability, and willingness to learn• Ability to work full-time in our Cincinnati location.
