The Regional Facilities Manager reports directly to the Director of Property Management/Real Estate (or designated leader) and partners closely with Operations Leadership, General Managers, landlords, contractors, and third-party vendors to support facility operations across the assigned region. The Regional Facilities Manager serves as a key business partner to Operations, Real Estate, and Property Management, leading facility maintenance programs, managing vendor relationships, supporting construction and renovation projects, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
