The Sales Representative role is broken into 3 key phases: Phase 1 - Prospecting, performing property inspections, contingency and/or service agreements, and assisting property owners in the insurance claim process after storms and or catastrophic events Phase 2 - Meeting insurance adjusters, scoping the project, create an estimate that outlines the damages with the insurance company, and formally contracting the project with property owners Phase 3 - Estimating and supplementing, learning a variety of advanced roofing systems, and how to sell and estimate other relevant exterior and interior trades including gutters, siding, windows, as well as other interior related trades/if applicable.
