The Home Health Clinical Manager/Administrator is responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures related to the management, operation, and evaluation of the overall performance of the home health department; The Clinical Manager/ Administrator ensures the home health department employs qualified staff, including nurses, therapists, social workers, or other persons providing services in the home health department; The Home Health Administrator oversees the selection, evaluation and development of clinical staff to maximize the quality of patient care, productivity and utilization. Physically, the position requires correct vision, hearing to normal range, manual dexterity, eye-hand coordination, full range of motion, prolonged standing and walking and ability to lift and move patients.
