Working within the Fleet strategy, governance, and financial direction established by the Senior Director, the Director leads multi-site maintenance and shop operations, develops leaders and technical talent, builds a workplace culture centered on safety, respect, inclusion, collaboration, service, and accountability, and partners across functions to translate approved Fleet priorities into equipment readiness and sustained operating results. Implement and monitor enterprise compliance controls, SOPs, audits, exception management, and corrective actions for DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, environmental, DVIR, inspection, licensing, recordkeeping, and company requirements.
