You will serve as the go-to expert for translating requirements into efficient system configurations, helping teams leverage Salesforce to drive performance and productivity.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze business processes and gather technical requirements</li><li>Design and implement Salesforce solutions across various clouds (Sales, Service, etc.)</li><li>Customize objects, workflows, and reports based on user needs</li><li>Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure best practices</li><li>Stay updated with Salesforce updates and recommend improvements</li></ul><p><strong><br/></strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Administrator</li><li>Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder, or Consultant preferred)</li><li>Strong understanding of CRM processes and data flows</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills</li><li>Experience with third-party integrations and Salesforce apps is a plus</li></ul>
