The incumbent independently resolves complex student and programmatic issues, provides guidance and advocacy to students, develops and implements programs and services responsive to student needs, evaluates program effectiveness, and recommends improvements to enhance student success outcomes and operational practices. The incumbent is responsible for providing highly complex professional student services in support (COEKSW) Student Success Center by coordinating and administering student success initiatives that promote student engagement, persistence, retention, academic achievement, and timely degree completion.
