The Maintenance Supervisor works closely with Operations and other departments to prioritize maintenance activities, respond to equipment issues, identify recurring failures, and support the transition from reactive maintenance toward a planned, preventive, predictive, and asset-focused maintenance culture. • Support department performance by monitoring and responding to established maintenance KPIs, including preventive maintenance compliance, equipment downtime, work-order completion, backlog, repeat failures, emergency work, and other measures established by the Maintenance Manager.
