We are looking for a collaborative and solutions-oriented Corporate Business Analyst to serve as the critical bridge between Finance, Accounting, and technology, ensuring business processes are effectively translated into scalable, efficient workflows and processes within Deltek Vantagepoint, while also supporting the accounting team with month-end close. The position partners closely with Accounting, Finance leadership, and the SaaS Deltek Administrator to align system capabilities with business needs considering operational requirements, system integrity, and long-term scalability.

What You’ll Do<ul><li>This role combines foundational accounting expertise with strong systems and process design capabilities to support accurate financial operations, improve data quality, and enhance how the organization leverages Deltek for decision-making.</li><li>The position partners closely with Accounting, Finance leadership, and the SaaS Deltek Administrator to align system capabilities with business needs considering operational requirements, system integrity, and long-term scalability.</li></ul> Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Design, Optimization & System Alignment<ul><li>Design, document, and continuously improve finance and accounting workflows within Deltek, including billing, revenue support, cost capture, reconciliations, and close-related processes</li><li>Translate business and accounting requirements into structured, system-aligned processes that drive consistency, efficiency, and scalability </li><li>Identify and resolve gaps between current practices and system capabilities, reducing manual workarounds and improving alignment with standard Deltek functionality </li><li>Evaluate process changes and system enhancement requests, balancing business needs and internal controls </li></ul>Accounting Integration, Close Support & Controls<ul><li>Partner with the Controller and accounting team to ensure Deltek workflows align with financial reporting requirements, close cycles, and compliance expectations</li><li>Support general ledger integrity through review of account activity, reconciliations (bank, credit card, and key accounts), and validation of system-driven outputs </li><li>Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities to produce accurate, complete, and audit-ready results </li><li>Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal controls, ensuring appropriate segregation of duties and consistency across accounting processes </li></ul>Data Integrity, Reporting & Business Insights<ul><li>Ensure finance and accounting workflows generate consistent and reliable data for financial reporting and operational decision-making </li><li>Translate accounting logic and business processes into clear definitions that support reporting tools and dashboards in coordination with the IT team </li><li>Identify data inconsistencies, process breakdowns, or structural issues and drive resolution through system or process improvements in coordination with the Controller</li></ul>User Enablement, Documentation & Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Serve as a key resource for Finance and Accounting teams on effective use of Deltek, providing training, guidance, and ongoing support </li><li>Maintain clear documentation of workflows, system usage standards, and process expectations to support consistency and audit readiness </li><li>Collaborate closely with the Deltek/SaaS Administrator on system configuration, ensuring business requirements are clearly defined and executed </li><li>Act as a translator between technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive clarity, accountability, and effective use of Deltek</li></ul> Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, Business, or related field </li><li>5+ years of combined experience in related roles</li><li>Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Deltek Vantagepoint strongly preferred)</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and close cycles</li><li>Experience designing or improving business processes and workflows</li><li>Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, SQL, and PowerBI) </li></ul> What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary: $75,000 – $115,000 annually, depending on experience </li><li>Professional development and career growth opportunities </li><li>Coaching and Mentorship programs</li><li>Performance bonuses for qualified employees </li><li>Generous vacation and sick leave programs (increases with tenure)</li><li>Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance </li><li>401(k) with company match and profit sharing </li><li>Education Reimbursement</li><li>Paid Holidays</li><li>Health club subsidy</li><li>A collaborative, team-centered work environment </li><li>Employee ownership opportunities after qualified years of service</li></ul> The application window will be open through August 5, 2026.
