The objective of this work is to provide on-site support and be responsible for the day-to-day performance of the work/contract. Work under general technical direction, install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and resources either in the government owned cloud, or servers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Use change management and testing tools such as Microsoft Team Foundation Server, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jira, etc.</li><li>Maintain awareness of information system up status. They should be able to cross-walk to an item in the change request, so the customer is assured what they require is correctly being evaluated for the required functionality.</li><li>Testers and software developers should be able to understand and follow the test plan.</li><li>Prepare and deliver Software Documentation for DEVCOM CBC KDM.
