The selected candidate will be required to work full-time, onsite at our location in El Segundo, CA.What You'll Be Doing Eliciting, analyzing, and clarifying business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaEstimating, planning, and delivering work as a member of an agile development teamIncorporating frequent feedback from customers and stakeholders into solutions during developmentDesigning, developing, testing, and demonstrating SAP ABAP programs/technical solutions including enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, conversions, and workflowsTroubleshooting and resolving technical and functional business systems issuesParticipating in test planning and execution, deployment, and maintenance of the developed solutionsProducing high quality written deliverables including design documents, data models, workflow/data flow diagrams, test scenarios/scripts, and production cutover stepsTo meet the evolving needs of our customers and organization, these duties, responsibilities, and activities may change over time, or new ones may be assigned as neededWhat You Need to be Successful Minimum Requirements for the SAP Developer (Solutions Developer Staff IV) include: Bachelor's degree in IT, or related technical discipline is requiredA minimum of (6) or more years of increasingly responsible and relevant professional experience with SAP ECC ABAP development experience, including object-oriented programs is requiredWorking knowledge of SAP user exits and enhancementsDesign, develop, and enhance SAP S/4HANA applications using ABAP OO, CDS, RAP, Eclipse and AMDPAbility to build and extend Fiori appsSupport integrations between SAP products and third-party providers. Develop and extend OData servicesOptimize HANA-based data models and reporting flowsImplement enhancements, extensions, and custom logicCollaborate with functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutionsEnsure alignment with SAP clean-core and extensibility best practicesSupport testing, documentation, cutover, and production deployment activitiesExperience with HR mini master, time entry, time evaluation, payroll and integration with third party payroll such as ADPExperience in eliciting, analyzing, and challenging business solution requirements/user storiesDemonstrated skills in design and documentation of functional/technical solutions with well-defined test plansComfortable presenting regular solution demonstrations to product owners, business users, and agile team to solicit feedbackExceptional interpersonal acumen that fosters effective collaboration across internal and external teams with complex organizational structuresA strategic visionary who navigates effortlessly between high-level planning and hands-on execution, driving initiatives from conception to completionThis position requires ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, which is issued by the U.S. government.
