The centralized system would streamline services for consumers, support more robust reporting, such as real-time tracking of applicant, licensee and compliance performance measures, trend analysis to inform policy development, and data-driven adjustments to business processes that increase efficiency and accountability. Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum two (2) years of experience supporting California Department of Technology Project Approval Lifecycle (CDT PAL) Stage 2–4 projects and large system implementations.
