Experience supporting at least two full-lifecycle SAP implementations from project initiation through go-live and hypercare, with demonstrated ownership or leadership of an SAP Order to Cash workstream or workstream area on at least one implementation, and experience supporting an SAP S/4HANA implementation. Assess Order to Cash processes and design AI-enabled and automated improvements across order management, pricing, fulfillment, billing, cash application, dispute management, reporting, and process performance; use Deloitte Ascend accelerators where applicable, with human review and validation of AI-generated outputs.
