During preconstruction, this position will partner with estimating and operations to develop realistic construction schedules, evaluate sequencing and execution strategies, identify schedule risks and opportunities, and help ensure that project duration, manpower, equipment, logistics, and other time-driven costs are properly considered in our estimates. During construction, this position will work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to develop and maintain detailed project schedules, establish measurable production plans, analyze actual performance against planned performance, and identify trends that could impact cost or schedule.
