Under the direction of the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician performs maintenance service requests, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, and property repairs to ensure the community remains in excellent condition. This is an excellent opportunity for a maintenance professional with experience in multifamily housing, apartment maintenance, building maintenance, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical repair, carpentry, make-ready turns, and preventive maintenance.
