In short - save the world, and save people money. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: <ul><li>Speak with potential customers who have requested a solar quote from SunPower</li><li>Ask questions and collect information to make sure customers are qualified </li><li>Build trust with potential customers, and create value in the appointment </li><li>Schedule appointments for potential customers to meet with a SunPower expert and see a customized quote for their home </li><li>Communicate clearly and effectively with other stakeholders at SunPower regarding appointments </li><li>Send reminders and follow up tenaciously to make sure appointments take place </li></ul>Minimum Qualifications: <ul><li>Strong work ethic and willingness to take full ownership of responsibilities </li><li>Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to connect with customers </li><li>High level of confidence; ability to appear as the expert in the qualification process </li><li>Pass a pre-employment criminal background check </li></ul>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sitting or standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Overview:
<div>We’re looking for a detail-oriented Scheduler to coordinate patient appointments, procedures, diagnostic tests, and treatments. This role supports patients, families, and physicians throughout the scheduling process and ensures all physician orders are accurately received and documented. Responsibilities:
<div><ul><li>Schedule and reschedule patient appointments, hospital, and office-based procedures.</li><li>Provide instructions and confirmations for procedures; send follow-up communications.</li><li>Coordinate with departments and input/update scheduling systems.</li><li>Review and adjust physician schedules; screen incoming faxes and referral forms.</li><li>Obtain authorizations for scheduled procedures and manage patient calls.</li><li>Support front office operations and assist with scheduling for specialized procedures (e.g., cardiac catheterizations, arrhythmia procedures, surgeries, imaging, CRNA scheduling).</li></ul></div>

Qualifications:
Education & Experience:<div><ul><li>Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college/technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>6 months–1 year of related experience preferred.</li><li>Hospital, clinical, and office-based scheduling experience is preferred.</li></ul>Skills & Knowledge:<ul><li>Professional telephone etiquette and strong communication skills.</li><li>Knowledge of insurance authorization procedures and medical terminology.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Office 365.</li></ul> </div>

Under the direction of the Scheduling & Supply Chain Manager and Lead Scheduler, the Project Scheduler will work with Westland teams to develop and maintain project schedules during the preconstruction, construction, and closeout phases. The scheduler will be assigned multiple projects and work with different teams and varied project types concurrently.

Job Summary: Under the direction of the Scheduling & Supply Chain Manager and Lead Scheduler, the Project Scheduler will work with Westland teams to develop and maintain project schedules during the preconstruction, construction, and closeout phases. The scheduler will perform regular progress updates for each assigned project. The scheduler will be assigned multiple projects and work with different teams and varied project types concurrently. This role is expected to work from our office headquarters in Orem, UT. Duties/Responsibilities: <ul><li>Create Proposal and Preconstruction Schedules with appropriate detail </li><li>Build and maintain project schedules in collaboration with Project Manager, Project Superintendent, and Project Engineers </li><li>Establish baseline schedules at project commencement </li><li>Organize and perform weekly team updates to project schedules </li><li>Distribute updated schedules and summaries to project teams and directors </li><li>Maintain Schedule Maintenance Logs, and report variances </li><li>Incorporate project changes into the schedules (RFIs, Change Directives, Delays, Etc.) </li><li>Participate in weekly project meetings as needed </li><li>Help train project teams to perform, or assist with schedule maintenance and updates </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned </li></ul>Required Skills/Abilities:<ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail </li><li>Conversant with Windows applications, and Microsoft Office Suite </li><li>Ability to adapt and learn new applications and processes quickly </li><li>Sound understanding of construction means and methods, critical path management, and schedule theory </li><li>Ability to read and scope structural, architectural, and MEPF drawings </li><li>Experience with Primavera, Phoenix, Microsoft Project, and/or other related scheduling software </li><li>Hands on field experience in a commercial trade is preferred </li><li>Eagerness to collaborate and share ideas to contribute to the growth and development </li></ul>Education and Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent years' experience in a similar role </li><li>2+ years of scheduling experience preferred </li></ul>Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times </li><li>May need to visit project sites occasionally to view progress and assist with planning </li></ul>
