Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field • 5+ years of experience in CPM scheduling or project controls (infrastructure/public sector preferred) • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 required • Strong understanding of CPM methodology, critical path analysis, and delay analysis • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) • Knowledge of construction sequencing, design-build delivery, and capital programs • Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a complex project environment.
