3 Trainings - Prepares and conducts Lean and Six Sigma trainings (eg basics Lean, 5S, A3, SMED, SFM, TWI, Green & White Belt Training) Leads, promotes, and motivates the employees on Lean manufacturing together with the Lean champion, eg through Lean games, best practice exchange, personnel development and training measures, and active communication through internal media platforms (plant information boards, SCHOTT World, SFM boards etc). 1 Lean Six Sigma Roadmap - Prepares and updates the Lean Six Sigma roadmap in close cooperation with site management Defines Lean measures based on Lean roadmap and Lean assessment together with the site manager and Lean champions Prepares and executes Blue Sky Workshops and follows up on pending measures.
