The position serves as the primary day-to-day operational liaison among research staff, trainees, program managers, internal and external study personnel, and BAP Clinical Core leadership, and identifies and addresses operational issues and opportunities to improve research processes, tracking systems, and workflows to support timely, efficient, and high-quality study execution. Requires knowledge of clinical research protocols, participant management, data collection and documentation; strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project-management skills; and the ability to manage concurrent priorities with attention to data quality and protocol compliance.
