8+ years of construction scheduling experience utilizing Primavera P6 to: Experience with quantity tracking, earned value reporting, and similar project controls practices. Support and train estimating and project teams in the development and maintenance of project schedules that accurately reflect the project budget and implementation plan.

<h3>Description</h3><br/><div>This position will play a critical role in the company by working closely with Project Teams to support the development of project schedules.<br/><br/></div><div>Morgan Corp. performs a range of project and scope types. The Senior Project Scheduler will be hands-on for larger, critical projects. They will also train project teams or junior schedulers who will maintain project schedules on smaller, less complex projects.</div><br/><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><br/><ul><li>Support and train estimating and project teams in the development and maintenance of project schedules that accurately reflect the project budget and implementation plan.</li><li>Provide hands-on support for scheduling and project controls efforts on larger key projects.</li><li>Develop standardized scheduling procedures for future projects.</li><li>Provide training, resources, and support, as necessary.</li><li>Ensure the quality, timeliness, and consistency of project controls produced by each Division.</li></ul><div><br/></div><br/><h3>Skills, Knowledge and Expertise</h3><br/><ul><li>8+ years of construction scheduling experience utilizing Primavera P6 to:</li><li>Experience with quantity tracking, earned value reporting, and similar project controls practices.</li><li>Knowledge of job cost accounting preferred</li><li>Willingness to train and work with project teams.</li></ul><br/><h3>Benefits</h3><br/><ul><li>401K with company match </li><li>PTO, holidays, and paid winter shutdown </li><li>Professional development and career growth opportunities </li><li>Company vehicle and fuel card  </li><li>Cell phone allowance</li></ul>
