This role is pivotal in optimizing maintenance planning and scheduling to enhance asset reliability, minimize downtime, and ensure operational efficiency.</p><p/><p>As part of our embedded team, you will develop and manage maintenance schedules, coordinate resources, and leverage data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement. Your expertise will help maximize resource utilization and support sustainability initiatives aligned with the client's operational excellence goals.</p><p/><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop, coordinate, and manage daily and long-term maintenance schedules using Maximo (EAM) and SAP MES (ERP).</li><li>Adjust plans to accommodate changing priorities, urgent requests, and resource availability.</li><li>Create, validate, and prioritize work orders with complete details (labor, parts, materials, tools).</li><li>Lead planning and scheduling meetings with engineering teams, technicians, and operations managers.</li><li>Manage spare parts inventory, including procurement and vendor coordination.</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry regulations, client standards, and health & safety requirements.</li><li>Analyze maintenance performance data using BI tools to identify improvement opportunities.</li><li>Submit factory impact requests and communicate upcoming maintenance work to operations.</li><li>Support sustainability initiatives through energy- and waste-reducing maintenance strategies.</li></ul><p/><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Degree, diploma, or technical certification in Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Facilities Management, or related discipline.</li><li>Proven experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or coordination within manufacturing or industrial environments.</li><li>Proficiency in CMMS/EAM systems (Maximo preferred) and ERP systems (SAP MES desirable).</li><li>Strong understanding of maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, corrective).</li><li>Ability to interpret technical documentation and asset information.</li><li>Experience managing spare parts inventory and liaising with vendors.</li><li>Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.</li><li>Trade background (mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation) is an advantage.</li><li>Training in planning & scheduling methodologies desirable.</li></ul><p><em>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
