The Surgery Scheduler I is responsible for coordinating the patient’s office and hospital based medical procedures to include: making reservations at the hospital, arranging anesthesia, communicating with PCP offices, coordinating with vendors of surgical devices/implants representatives and surgical assistants, providing the necessary education, instructions and paperwork, and confirming all steps with all parties before the surgery date. Our facilities include state-of-the-art MRI centers, outpatient surgery centers, physical therapy clinics, and orthopedic urgent care centers to ensure timely access to high-quality, patient-focused care.
