General Duties: • Create a master schedule to establish the sequence and lead time of each operation to meet completion deadlines • Determine reasonable schedule logic, duration, and constraints based on interactive planning sessions with project teams • Apply construction methods and sequencing of both transportation Infrastructure and Building/Facilities • Prepare schedule status reports • Capture impacts and delays to project schedules and recommend mitigation/recovery schedules • Perform work under general direction, but with the need to act autonomously when required • Interacts with internal and external personnel on major matters • Communicate with supervisors to determine the status of assigned projects, capture sequence revisions, and update the contract schedules • Understand the scope, drawings, specifications and performs mathematical calculations to manage / review schedules effectively. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or another related field • 5-10 years of progressive experience in Project Controls utilizing Primavera P6 Enterprise on Transportation and Building/Facilities Projects • Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
