Create and verify Bills-of-Materials for standard and custom products.</li><li>Communicate production lead times to all levels of the organization.</li><li>Schedule all stock and custom products based on form capacity, manpower availability and min/max inventory levels.</li><li>Parodically review Min/Max inventory levels and adjust based on sales history.</li><li>Coordinate the movement of stock inventory to the appropriate plant location or distribution center with Dispatch.</li><li>Identify potential material shortages and take appropriate action to minimize their effect.</li><li>Establish inventory cycle counting process for raw materials and finished goods inventories.</li><li>Participate in the physical inventory process.</li><li>Lead weekly sales & operations planning meetings.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Job RequirementsThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and abilities required.
