The Senior Project Scheduler is considered a senior technical expert in planning and scheduling and must understand and communicate the relationships among estimating, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, progress measurement, cost control, forecasting, risk management, change management, energy performance, and reporting. The Senior Project Scheduler develops project schedules from Level 1 milestone schedules through Level 4 detailed working schedules based on project execution strategy and the integration of information from internal stakeholders, subcontractors, clients, and other project participants.
