Bachelor's degree in public health, health information management, informatics, information systems, computer science, business administration, data analytics, or a closely related field and professional experience in quality assurance, user acceptance testing, business analysis, system implementation, data validation, or related work; or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. The Analyst develops and executes structured testing, documents and tracks defects, validates data and business rules, evaluates operational readiness, and maintains evidence supporting implementation decisions while protecting confidential and personally identifiable information.
