HEDS is a global team of over 50 individuals, that, in collaboration with internal and external partners, provides strategic and technical leadership to enable patient access, measure and quantify the value of our company's products, inform internal and external decisions, and shape methodology and external health policy and practice. The HEDS team is part of the Biostatistics and Research and Decision Sciences (BARDS) department, which is part of the company Research Laboratories (our Research & Development Division), including statistical programmers, statisticians, epidemiologists, health economists and information scientists.
