In the role as a Scientist, Non-Viral Delivery Process Sciences within the Non-Viral Delivery Research team, the ideal candidate will: Design and execute hypothesis-driven studies to deepen mechanistic process understanding and enable robust, scalable manufacturing approaches for targeted LNP platforms. Hands-on experience with physicochemical and biophysical characterization of LNPs or related complex drug products using analytical techniques including particle sizing (DLS), zeta potential, UV-Vis and fluorescence spectroscopy, chromatography (e.g., HPLC, LC/MS), electrophoretic methods (e.g., SDS-PAGE), or related approaches.
