What We're Looking For Strong hands-on knowledge of industrial machines, tools, and preventive maintenance best practices Ability to troubleshoot, repair, disassemble, and reassemble complex production equipment Experience using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators) and basic machine shop equipment (lathe, mill, band saw) Electrical troubleshooting skills, including reading and understanding electrical schematics Comfortable using CMMS software, Microsoft Office, and basic CAD to review designs and documentation Proven problem-solver who manages time well, prioritizes work, and drives results Natural leader and team player who mentors others, communicates clearly, and delivers great internal customer service Work Environment & Physical Requirements Role is approximately 80% hands-on maintenance / 20% planning and documentation Work performed primarily on the manufacturing floor; PPE required in designated areas Regular lifting up to 30 lbs.
