Every injured team member who has a clear point of contact throughout their claim, every modified duty placement that gets a crew member back to contributing before full medical release, every claim that closes at the right outcome because someone was actively managing it from day one - this role is accountable for those outcomes. Identifies modified duty opportunities for team members with work restrictions; coordinates placement with field supervisors and operational leaders and communicates restriction parameters clearly to all parties.
