This role supports the implementation of the resident's Service Plan (SP), Temporary Service Plan (TSP), and Behavior Support Plan (BSP) while maintaining compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR 411-054).As the Direct Caregiver, you will not only be working as part of a cohesive and interdisciplinary resident care team, but you will also be supporting nursing services in their ongoing endeavor to deliver comprehensive, holistic health models.
