Commercialization & Manufacturing Excellence: Lead scale-up, technology transfer, and New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts, ensuring new chromatography media and particle technologies are successfully commercialized and integrated into global manufacturing. Working closely with R&D, Product Management, and Manufacturing, you will guide new particle technologies from laboratory development through scale-up, technology transfer, process validation, and commercial launch, ensuring innovative products can be manufactured reliably, consistently, and economically at scale.
