Sr Clinical Support Staff Scientist CommonSpirit HealthSr Clinical Support Staff ScientistPhoenix, AZTo be successful in this role, you will conduct innovative research to develop cutting-edge techniques to improve the diagnostic value of MRI technology and patient care at the institution, assist internal and external MRI investigators, collaborate with manufacturers and internal/external MRI investigators to improve MRI techniques, write and assist grant applications, represent the institution in the MRI scientific community, and mentor junior researchers. Everyday you will apply, in collaboration with the Department Director and Medical Director, expertise to serve as the clinical staff scientist team lead, oversee the MR quality assurance and accreditation programs, advise on the MR safety program, continuously review and seek opportunities for improving MR image quality, assist new equipment purchase and installation, and educate fellows and MRI technologists.
